It is a high-quality pressed impregnated carbon brick manufacturer integrating R&D, production, and sales. In 2014, the company participated in the formulation of the "China Petroleum and Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association Group Standard – Anti-Corrosion Carbon Bricks," further standardizing carbon brick quality. In the same year, it also participated in the formulation of the "China Petroleum and Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association Group Standard – Engineering Technical Standard for Anti-Corrosion Carbon Bricks," providing sound guidance for carbon brick construction.

The company was established with the aim of strengthening R&D and process innovation based on standardized production, specifically addressing pain points in the anti-corrosion industry—particularly the issues commonly encountered in large-size critical equipment linings—to provide higher-quality products and services to domestic and international customers, contributing to "Made in China."

Market Status

The carbon brick market has long been in a marginal position, lacking specific national standards for anti-corrosion carbon bricks, leading to a chaotic market. Some companies, in order to reduce production costs and compete on price, completely disregard product quality and the actual application environment of carbon bricks, passing off inferior products as high-quality ones. They use raw materials such as coal and metallurgical coke to produce high-ash carbon bricks and misrepresent them as low-ash products. Due to their high ash content, high-ash carbon bricks are eroded when in contact with acidic substances, forming holes that cause the entire brick structure to become loose, significantly reducing wear resistance and corrosion protection. In some cases, this has even led to production safety accidents due to the failure of anti-corrosion linings caused by poor carbon brick quality.

Impregnation is an effective method to increase the strength of carbon bricks. Due to the complexity and high cost of environmental impact assessment procedures, there are currently few manufacturers in the domestic market with a complete impregnation process. Most domestic carbon brick producers lack practical application experience and can only respond passively when problems arise.
