Xinghui New Materials factory  produces acid-resistant and anti-corrosion graphite carbon bricks by using high-quality calcined petroleum coke as the raw material and coal pitch as the binder through unique technique. Through high-temperature calcination, this product is characterized by high mechanical strengths, good corrosion resistance, acid resistance, wear resistance performance and a long service life. It is an ideal product for phosphate construction projects. Our annual production capacity is 3,000 tons.

Except for the dimensions of anti-corrosion carbon bricks as listed in the above table, all the other carbon bricks are relative carbon bricks (230*113*65mm), such as thick bricks, wedge-angle bricks, fan-shaped bricks, etc. Production is performed according to the drawing provided by customers.

Our package will take into full consideration any possible loss caused by transportation. All special-shaped carbon bricks are packed with wood pallets. Each type of special-shaped brick should be wrapped by the wood pallet and numbered. The model and number of the carbon brick will be marked on each package and the brick number will be marked on each special-shaped brick.
